Pollo Del Mar 

Dates, times, performers and locations subject to change. Poor weather may cause a change in location, or a cancellation of the event.

This series it to provide regularly scheduled programming to San Jose State University.
The series includes:

Nooners Concerts
A lunch time concert series featuring a variety of music genres, held the first Wednesday of the month at 12:00pm in the Student Union Amphitheatre.

Moonlight Movies
An outdoor movie night series featuring new releases and classics played on a jumbo inflatable screen, held on the second Wednesday of the month at approx. 8:00pm in the Campus Village Quad.

Student BBQs
Free food for starving students, held on the third Wednesday of the month at 12:00pm at the A.S. BBQ Pit

Live@Five Concerts
An evening concert series featuring up and coming artists in a variety of music genres, held the fourth Wednesday of the Month at 5:00pm on the 7th Street Lawn (across from the Event Center).

Fire on the Fountain

Every Homecoming, this event features a large bonfire built on the Tower Lawn fountain that is lit by a troop of fire breathing dancers. There is also a pep rally, musical performances, food, and the announcement of the Homecoming Court.

Metro Fountain Blues Festival

This San José tradition is held on the second Saturday of May on San Carlos Plaza. It draws over 8000 blues enthusiasts who enjoy food and crafts vendors, a family friendly atmosphere, and the best musicians playing wonderful American music!
